Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Free Returns: All returns are free of charge.
• Refund for Prepaid Orders: Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
• Store Credit for COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition with tags intact.
• Size Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested size.
• Free Exchanges: Exchanges are free of charge, and the replacement item will be shipped once we receive the original item. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or a refund will be provided as per the payment method.
